Prenatal Breastfeeding Preparation

Be Prepared. Be Confident. Meet your Breastfeeding Goals.

Breastfeeding is the healthiest and most natural way to feed your baby. So, it should come naturally... right? Sometimes... Consider this: Running is a healthy and natural way to exercise but that doesn't make it easy! Training, knowledge of the route, tips, tricks, and preparation is needed for long term success (and blister-free feet!). The same is true for setting yourself up for a comfortable and enjoyable breastfeeding experience where Mama is happy and baby is thriving on your milk.
